Ruti is the best event planner and an absolute joy to work with. She connected personally with our whole family. She considers every detail that will be important. Ruti is the best of the best! She is extremely organized and has a great attention to detail. She has connections with many reputable vendors (caterers, photographers, DJ's, furniture renting, ect.). Her expertise in design was very useful in transforming our space into a wedding venue. Having Ruti and Events4Life as event planner for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah is the best decision I have made for life events. Ruti is exceptionally customer focused and resourceful. She did all the hard work working with my family and many vendors, handling all the new developments and changes with dedication and proactiveness. When we have opinions she is extremely accommodating; when we are lost or unsure, she gives excellent recommendations and delivers with great results. The event was postponed numerous times due to Covid and the span of the project is nearly 2 years, during these difficult times Ruti has been proactive staying in touch and looking out for opportunities. Thank you Ruti for helping us create a very special event. The wedding was magnificent! I still am amazed at how beautiful it was. The Mercer Terrace turned out perfect for both the ceremony and the dinner. Anna made us the most beautiful Chuppah. The petals, the flowers — it was all so beautiful. We loved Asaf and his music. The food was first class, Rabbi Kletenik did a great job, and the weather was amazing. I can’t believe we even got a round of dancing! Thank you so much for everything. Putting on wedding is so much work. I feel so very lucky to have had you. I know things ran as smoothly as they did because of you.

Ruthie did an absolutely amazing job! She's so professional and works with the best vendors. Before/during/after the wedding she was responsible, responsive, caring and attentive for every little details. Because of Covid we had to change plans frequently. We even had last minute major changes and requests but that was no problem to Ruthie to make it happen! I asked her to take a video on my cellphone during the ceremony and she happily did it! We are still getting compliments from guests on how the event was beautifully made! *hopefully I will be able to add more pics of the ceremony and the dinner when the formal photos are done!!

Working with Ruti was a fantastic experience. She is professional, creative, kind, Instantly and always available, and very capable. Perhaps her most notable skill is as a problem solver. As the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, quickly developed and began to affect our event plans, Ruti was particularly helpful and really rose to the occasion. She remained on top of the possibilities, kept us informed, advised, and worked diligently to transform our event from our originally planned physical event to a successfully executed end result: a virtual ceremony contemporaneous with the originally planned event, with a party following the original plan at a future date , to be determined by public health requirements. Throughout the many transitions, Ruti worked effectively and efficiently with the vendors to reschedule, alter and cancel bookings, all at no cost to us. We were very satisfied with the entire experience and would not hesitate to use Events4Life again in the future!

Ruti was absolutely amazing to work with! She was easy to communicate with and she would let us know if she was going to be busy that weekend so we wouldn’t worry about communication. She was flexible with our schedule which wasn’t easy since we lived 4 hours away from where our wedding was. Ruti made planning our wedding so easy and she turned our vision into reality. I could easily share my Pinterest boards with her and she easily picked up on our vision for our wedding. It rained during our outdoor ceremony and she quickly got all 150 of our guests umbrellas! Ruti took over on the planning just few weeks before the event which was so courageous of her and saved us so much stress. Really listened to what we wanted and understood our desire for elegance at an affordable price. She made our event space truly special. On the night of the event, Ruti stepped into the role of event manager at the last moment due to some unanticipated staffing issues from another vendor. Ruti ensured that our event ran smoothly despite the fact that we were missing five servers! Ruti is professional and a pleasure to work with. I am too disorganized to plan a large wedding reception by myself. Ruti was perfect for me! She is totally organized to the point of keeping and sending periodic budgeting reports. I was able to know each day what I was spending and she helped me stay pretty close to budget. She was my legs! She did the investigating and running around which left me time to do other things. We met when necessary and she had lots of ideas, but was never offended if I rejected something she was excited about doing. Ruti suggested vendors but once I chose (her suggestions or my own) she took over and dealt with them on all the details. She was always on time and delivered what she promised...and more! When I would start getting anxious, she could allay my concerns. When the day arrived, I could thoroughly relax and enjoy my guests. I will end this review by saying her services are what she promises and her fee is very reasonable!! You owe it to yourself to at least interview her if you are planning to hire an event planner!
