Do you offer only full service?
We offer full and partial service. If you already
took care of several aspects and need help with the
rest of the planning process, we will be happy to
assist with the rest of the details.
How do you charge for your service? Do you offer packages?
The client can choose from two methods of
payment:
1. We offer several packages based upon hourly
work.
2. Payment of 10% of the total expenses of the
event with unlimited time work. For more

What is the payment policy?
The first payment/deposit is 50% of the
estimated service fee. The balance is due a
week prior to the event. Due to the COVID-19
pandemic, we are more flexible with the
payments.
What is the cancelation policy?
The 50% deposit is not refundable, but
due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer
special accommodations. Please contact
us for more details.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, or Venmo. There is an
additional 3.5% fee if you opt to
pay with a credit card.
What does your service include?
We will provide a timeline that
includes all tasks needed to be
completed throughout the
process. This includes, but is
not limited to, selection of
venues and vendors, create
programs for the event, plan the
design, prepare layout,
follow-up meetings with clients
and vendors, create expenses
chart, set up, tear down and
coordinate the day of. For more

How long is the planning process?
The ideal planning process
for weddings is 12-18 months
and for other events is 6-12
months. We can also work
with less time and have
planned weddings and
Bat/Bar-Mitzvahs within a
month with great success.
Do we need to provide a budget for the event?
Ideally yes. One of the
main goals of Events
4-Life is to respect
your budget and not to
exceed it. We work to
meet your expectations.
Your satisfaction is
very important to us. If
you don’t know your
budget, we can give you
an estimate of expenses
based on your event
vision and details.
Do you offer other services?
Yes, we do flower
arrangements,
personalized décor,
calligraphy, and
rent event supplies.
